01What we collect

Account data

• Email and name you enter when signing up.
• Password — stored only as a one-way hash (bcrypt). We cannot see or recover it.
• Plan and usage: your plan, payment and expiry dates, how many files you processed.
• Referral code and referral balance, if you use the referral program.
• Where you came from: the first site, page and campaign tag (UTM) that brought you to us, saved once at sign-up.

Files

• Photos and videos you upload, and the variants the Service makes from them.

Technical data

• IP address and a device fingerprint — a hash built from browser properties (browser, language, screen, time zone, a canvas test). Recorded at sign-up, log-in and processing.
• Visit statistics: a random visitor ID stored in your browser, the page address, the referring site and campaign tags.

We do not collect payment card data: payments are arranged in Telegram, outside the site.

02Why we use it

• To run your account and process your files.
• To send the sign-up confirmation code and service messages to your email.
• To enforce plan limits: one free account per person and device, 5 free files a month, device limits on paid plans.
• To protect the Service from abuse, fake sign-ups and account sharing.
• To understand which pages and articles bring users, so we know what to improve.

If you are in the EU or the UK, the legal bases are performance of the contract (running your account), our legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, visit statistics) and, where required, your consent.

03How long we keep it

• Uploaded originals are deleted as soon as processing ends.
• Results stay in your gallery for up to 5 days, then are deleted automatically.
• Processing history is shown in your dashboard for 24 hours.
• Account data and log-in records are kept while the account exists and deleted together with it.
• Visit statistics are used in aggregate, by page and source.

04Who else sees the data

We do not sell data and do not use third-party ad trackers or analytics services. Data reaches other companies only where the Service cannot work without them:

• Beget — the hosting provider whose server runs the Service and stores the database.
• Cloudflare — delivers the site and filters attacks; it sees your IP address and requests.
• Google (Gmail) — delivers our emails with confirmation codes.
• Telegram — only if you write to us there, for example to pay.

We may disclose data if the law requires it.

05Cookies and browser storage

We use one cookie and the browser’s local storage. There are no advertising cookies.

• token (cookie and local storage) — keeps you signed in.
• uq_lang — the interface language you chose.
• uq_last_cfg, uq_apply_preset, uq_sound — your last processing settings and preferences.
• uq_vid, uq_visitor, uq_src — the visitor ID and the source of your first visit for statistics.

You can clear them in your browser settings; you will then be signed out.

06Your rights

You can ask us to show the data we hold about you, correct it, export it or delete your account with all its data. Write to Telegram @Lucrarius7 from the email address of your account or tell us that email — we will answer within 30 days. You can change your password yourself in the dashboard.

If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

07Security

The site works only over HTTPS, passwords are stored as hashes, the server accepts connections only through a protected proxy, and access to the database is limited to the administrator. No system is perfectly secure, but we fix issues as soon as we find them.

08Age

The Service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

09Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will tell you in the dashboard or by email.
